众所周知，留学是许多 DIICSU 学生所考虑的毕业出路。尽管绝大多数院校一般只要求您提交来自中南大学的学术材料，但本人身边出现了部分同学收到其所申请的院校的通知，要求其额外提供来自邓迪大学的学术证明材料。因此，本文将教您如何获取“邓迪”版本的学术材料。

As is widely known, studying abroad is a common post-graduation path considered by many DIICSU students. While most institutions typically only require you to submit academic materials from CSU, some of my peers have received notifications from their applied institutions requesting additional academic documentation from UoD. Therefore, this article will guide you on how to obtain the “Dundee” version of your academic materials.

Among the various standard documents available from UoD’s Registry, you typically require:

• 入学证明（证明您是这个学校的学生）
  Certificate of Matriculation (confirming your student status)
• 成绩单（证明您修读了哪些课，成绩如何）
  Transcript (confirming the modules you have taken and your grades)

通常来说，您可能还需要其他材料（例如，专业排名证明），但通常这些材料仅需要中南大学的版本即可。如果您还需要其他来自邓迪大学的非标准化学术材料，您需要与邓迪大学教务处取得联系。

Generally, you may also require additional materials (such as proof of ranking), though typically only the versions by CSU will suffice. Should you require any other non-standard academic materials from UoD, you will need to contact the Registry.

Obtaining a Certificate of Matriculation

Obtaining a Transcript

Upon graduation, you will receive a transcript free of charge. The following outlines how to obtain an Interim Academic Transcript at any point prior to graduation, certifying all your academic records to date.

First, please contact [email protected] (Examinations Office of UoD Registry) to confirm that all your required academic records are accessible (if you want to study abroad, you will need to provide your full records for the first three academic years).

The prices for academic transcripts are as follows:

Please note that a paper transcript that you print yourself from the digital version is identical to the official hard copy (except that the official hard copy may be printed on authentic British royal paper). We assume any person of sound mind would opt for the digital version.

Please add the “PDF” option to the basket and proceed to checkout. Payment should be made using a VISA/MasterCard debit or credit card. For reference, £15 equates to approximately RMB 144 (subject to the exchange rate on the day of payment).

完成支付后，应该会有人将成绩单发送至您的邮箱。本人是在完成下单后主动去联系了教务处，对方只用了大约五分钟就把文件发了过来。故本人不知道按照标准流程，发货需要多长时间。

Following payment completion, someone should send the transcript to your email address. In my case, I proactively contacted the Registry after placing the order, and they sent the file within approximately five minutes. Consequently, I don’t know the standard processing time.
